Zoho Notebook is yet another great tool used for creating and sharing documents. It is similar to Google Docs in this way. It is also similar to Google Docs in the way that you can send documents and the people you send it to can actually edit the document. You are able to see the changes instantly with both tools. However, there are some differences between Zoho Notebook and Google Docs. Zoho Notebook allows you to do mare than just create documents and send them.

Zoho Notebook is you own space that is implemented into a document that you can share. Zoho Notebook allows you to put music files and video clips into the document. It would be useful in school projects because you can do more than just write, but create. Your peers, that you send the document to, will be able to edit the document and add to it. You will be able to see these changes instantly. I would use Zoho Notebook in the future when I need to share documents that describe music or videos because I will be able to insert those music files or video clips into the document.

I can post photos on Flickr without the worry about losing them on my computer if it does happen to crash. Not only are my pistures kept on my computer, but they are safe. I can show them to all of my family and friends. I can also share them with the world.

Sharing photos with the world is a great way to get noticed as a photographer. Even if you aren’t a photographer you may be inspired to become one. This is beacause people can leave comments on your photos. This is encouraging to become more creative and take more memorable moments.

I have learned, by taking the tour, that I can upload and store photos not only on my computer, but also on the internet. I learned that storing photos on the internet is easy and safe. Not only can you save your photos on the internet when your computer crashes, but you can organize your photos and be able to find these photos easily. You can also share your photos with the world.

Google Docs is another revolutionized way to make our lives easier. This particular luxary allows you to take a document, such as an e-mail, and save it to Google Docs. The cool thing is that you don’t have to send it over and over again, but instead allow other people to edit and save it to the Doc. This means that you can have one file and be able to edit it without sending it in an e-mail and creating multiple copies, you can edit just one copy.

Not only can you use e-mails in Google Docs, but spred sheets and powerpoint presentations. Yes, presentations. Now you can save a presentation and allow other people edit it, with your permission of caurse. Yeah, now you can save these documents and let other people edit it, but they need your permission. YES SECURITY! my google doc!

Delicious is a bookmark sharing site. It is useful because you can search your favorite site, and put it on your delicious bookmark page. You can also tag your bookmarks, which is a very easy way to organize your bookmarks. It is a good way to share your bookmarks with other people. This is a good way to spread your favorite sites to friends, also it is very simple to do.
